Nigeria Police Releases Copy Of Memo Barring Its Officers From Indiscriminately Checking Phones Of Citizens

 

We reported to you yesterday that the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase has released a circular barring Police Officers from indiscriminately accessing the mobile phones of citizens without operational exigency.
