President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria who is presently in the United States of America (USA) was pictured with the U.S Secretary of state, Sen. John Kerry.
During the discussion which was held at the Walter Washington Convention Centre on Thursday, March 31, Buhari also spoke about Nigeria’s 2016 budget, where he explained when he would sign the document.
