There’s a reason why they call Beyonce the Queen Bey. According to new reports, the singer’s “Formation” world tour has already grossed $123 million in just the first leg of its 4-leg run.
It’s no surprise Bey is doing those types of numbers however, seeing the ticket prices, fans have paid an arm and a leg at nearly $400-a-pop. The first leg of her tour, which extends through North America and Canada attracted more than 970,000 faithful BeyHive members and sold out all 23 of its dates thus far, according to Billboard.
Most of Beyonce’s earnings came from her shows at New York’s Citi Field, while her shows in Chicago also attracted a record-breaking 89,270 fans over just two nights.
And she’s not done yet.
Beyonce will complete the second leg of her tour on a 5-week voyage around Europe, before heading back to the U.S. for the final re-up. Her last concert date will conclude on October 2, in Nashville.
