An Insider told In Touch:
"Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies
She already has three children with Scott, Mason, Penelope and Reign.
If Kourtney is preggers, she's certainly not showing as she hit Miami beach with her kids ..
