Pop singer Chris Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman has claimed the singer is not only a bad influence on their kid but he’s making the child sick.
Nia claims 1-year-old Royalty has developed asthma, and she says it’s all because Chris has exposed her to an extreme amount of secondhand smoke. Brown is a weed and tobacco enthusiast.
Nia says when Royalty comes back from a visit with Chris she usually reeks of smoke.
Guzman also claims in legal docs she’s worried Chris is abusing drugs and has relapsed … especially with sizzurp.
Nia wants to restrict Chris’ visitation … asking the judge to force him to hire a full-time nanny or pull back on his right to be around the child.
She also wants the judge to force Chris to take random drug tests, prohibit him from using drugs or consuming alcohol around Royalty, and stop him from smoking around their daughter.
And Nia wants more child support she’s getting $2,500 a month but wants it upped to nearly $16k a month.
Meanwhile, Chris has denied Nai’s accusation, saying she is just trying to slander him in order to get more money from him.
“Absolutely untrue. I quit cigarettes on New Years. NO ONE smokes around my daughter. This is obviously a play to get some sort of increased income. I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her. I’m so sick and tired of negative people trying to use me and slander me. All this annoying bs, everybody knows what they do in these street. My daughter is my pride and joy and I will not be played because my lifestyle is different from the other parties involved. This really has to stop. My daughter is the youngest in her class and the most advanced. My mother and I have made sure my daughter is constantly learning and being creative as well as her safety. I won’t do the back and forth negative things so I’ll just say god bless whoever is struggling and needs to use me to better their live even though I fulfill my duties as a father,” he wrote on Instagram a few moment ago!
